Our
capablilities include parts produced from aluminum, brass,
beryllium copper, phosphor bronze, plastics, steel, stainless
steel, and other custom materials.
Small,
intricate stampings are produced on our 45 ton Bruderer
presses which are capable of producing parts up to 1,200
strokes per minute.
Die
Products has a diversified range of conventional presses
to allow production of larger, heavier gauge stampings.
All presses are equipped with batch counters, electronic
die protection, stock feeders, stock straighteners,
and coil reels to meet our customers' requirements of
meduim to long run production parts.
