With our ISO 9002 certification, Quality Control is monitored from start to finish at Die Products per ISO 9002 standards and assured with our SPC and ZERO DEFECT manufacturing practices. Accurate documentation, histograms or XBAR and R charts are achieved with the aid of coordinate measuring machines networked to geometric analysis software. Computerized scheduling of our JIT deliveries and MRP (materials requirements planning) assures you of quality parts and on time deliveries.

Critical tolerances are maintained by well-trained and experienced craftsman operating our state-of -the-art equipment. Die Products' precision machinery includes four CNC machining centers and seven Wire EDM machines networked to MASTERCAM® 3D software. Other tool room equipment includes surface grinders with .0001" resolution digital readouts and a Moore B-18 jig bore.
